Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. This can be paid by PayPal, over the phone at 727-415-7479 with a credit card or in person at the training center St a pre-arranged time. The balance is due on or prior to the date of your party.
Additional guest are never a problem! There is a charge of $5 per additional child over the 16th child. Infants under age 2 are not included and there is never a charge for adults!
You will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your party.
Your guests should arrive right on time for the party. There is a short arrival period for your guests, but the activities will start 15 minutes after the party time. Tell everyone not to be late so they don't miss the fun.
Upon arrival, all adult guests are required to check in at the door and sign a participation waiver for all minor children accompanying them to the party.
There are up to 2 parties for each time slot. Each party has a designated and separate party space and seating area, as well as party attendant to assist them. Each birthday child will have their own. Main Event Match entrance and music.
Yes, we have lots of decorations, providing the perfect backdrop for photos! Everything will be all set up when you arrive.
Of course! You are welcome to bring balloons, banners or table decorations. However, due to the height of our ceilings, nothing can be hung or suspended from the ceiling. Silly string, confetti and glitter are not permitted.
We'll take care of the music for you. We play a party music playlist that includes a wide variety of wrestling theme songs, from the classic era to the modern era.
Yes, we supply tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, forks and hand sanitizer. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We do not supply cups or spoons.
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks! However, alcoholic beverages are not permitted. There are outlets next to the food tables if you wish to plug in crockpots. There is no on-site cooking permitted, such as grilling. Please check with your guests for any food allergies.
Pizza orders will need to be sent the Thursday prior to your party.
Your party has a scheduled time and it is important that you are ready to leave at the conclusion of that allotted time. There will be ample time after the wrestling matches for you to enjoy cake and clean up before your reserved time has ended. Our staff will begin cleaning the tables during the last 10 minutes of your party time, while you are saying goodbye to your guests. You may want to establish a plan for opening gifts off-site as there is not always time for that during the allotted time.
We understand that things do come up and plans must change, and we will work with you as much as possible to accommodate your request. If you need to reschedule and it is more than 30 days before your booked party, you may reuse your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days. If you cancel with less than 30 days before your scheduled party, you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds of the deposit, only transfer to a new date if a change is made.
You may reserve a particular wrestler if they are available, but there is an additional booking fee for that service. Please inquire about specific fees and availability for the desired wrestler.

Our Policies

When booking a party, a $100 (Transferable, Non-refundable) deposit is charged. The party balance and any extras you purchase must be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and cash.

If you need to cancel more than 30 days before a booked party, you may reuse your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days. If you cancel with less than 30 days before your scheduled party, you will forfeit your deposit. We do our best to work with you on any cancellation.

No discounts for standard parties with less than 15 guests. No time adjustments for late arrivals. Parties start promptly at their scheduled time and party family agrees to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.

WWN reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance and agreement of these terms

Note: Performers in the wrestling matches are not announced prior to the date of the party, due to various booking commitments of the talent. If you are interested in guaranteeing a specific wrestler, a separate booking fee may apply.
